Why You Should Move to the Baltic Triangle

Looking to settle somewhere in Liverpool, but not sure where? You may or may not have heard about the Baltic Triangle, Liverpool’s thriving creative and digital quarter. The area has been transformed over the last decade, and is becoming one of the most desirable areas to live in the country. Find out what this forward-thinking area of Merseyside has to offer…

1. Unique City Living

If you had to choose one word to best describe the Baltic Triangle, it would have to be ‘unique’. The area is made up of restored 18th century warehouses and newly-built buildings, and the two complement each other to create a rugged and characteristic corner of the city.

The Baltic Triangle is conveniently situated on the outskirts of Liverpool’s city centre, and you are a stone’s throw from the hustle and bustle of Liverpool ONE and the Albert Dock. Whilst you are close to these other parts of the city, the Baltic area still retains its own distinctive feel, character and community.

2. There’s a New Train Station in the Pipeline

Plans to reopen the Baltic Triangle’s abandoned train station have recently gotten the go ahead from the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, which is incredibly exciting news. Leading the £173m transport deal, the reopening of St. James Station would make it easier to access other parts of the city, and help the area with its continued growth.

3. Work Opportunities

One of the main draws of the Baltic Triangle is the ever-increasing amount of job opportunities. The area is currently home to over 500 businesses, mostly in the technological and digital industries. If you’re a young professional looking to embed yourself in a creative community filled with like-minded people, then this is the place to be!

4. Affordable Housing

As the Baltic Triangle continues to grow and thrive, newly developed homes are popping up around the area to accommodate the increasing demand for housing. You might assume that because it’s such a desirable area close to the city centre, prices will be high – but this is not always the case!

Our upcoming development Baltic View will feature 130 one, two and three-bedroom apartments with prices starting from just £99,950. Each apartment is available with a deposit of just 10%, which is great for first time buyers in Liverpool.
